not. I’ll write more about this AFTER i get my diploma (heh).

GCP is a lot of work and it is a rewarding experience. But it’s a lot of work. Too much work. But it’s fun….sorta.

    Hi RVD,

I saw your posts on GMAT Club. For whatever reason I cannot pm you there. I have a few questions for you about the Wharton EMBA.

    My questions are:

    1. Do you feel the degree has been worth the time, effort and cost?
    2. Do you think the curriculum is up to the standard of the full-time program? What do you like most about the program?
    3. Do you find it difficult to manage a work/life balance?

You can shoot me an email at haggy0927@yahoo.com

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi Franklin,

Sorry for the late reply. I don’t really check gmatclub very often thesedays.

    1) Yes, I do feel that the degree is worth the time, effort and cost. It certainly takes a lot of time and effort and the cost is no joke. But I think the degree will help open many doors in my future. I have also learned a great deal so the tools that I bring to any meeting is much different than 2 years ago.

    2) Yes, the curriculum is definitely up to standard. I have spoken to many full time students and our exams, materials, etc. are all the same. They are always amazed at what we do.

    3) It is very difficult. I have a very challenging job and it’s very difficult to keep up with work and school. For me, I work from around 9am-7pm, go home, eat a quick dinner, and study from around 9pm-1am. There is very little time for things like watching tv, watching a movie, reading a book (non school book), etc.
