Berkeley / Columbia Admit Pack

February 29th, 2008 by RVD · No Comments

I received a fedex this morning. It was sent priority overnight. It was from Berkeley and included the admit package.

It included:

1) An official sealed envelope containing an invitation to the welcome reception for admitted students on 3/14 at 6:30

2) 2008 enrollment card. I found it interesting that even if you do enroll, they ask what other schools you were admitted to. If you do not, they have a place to write another school that you will be attending as well as check boxes for other reasons.

3) stamped envelope to send back the enrollment card

4) Admit letter from the Director of Admissions at both Berkeley and Columbia

5) 2008 enrollment checklist - RSVP for the reception, admit student website url, enrollment card, statement of intent to register, student directory data info

6) Calendar

7) Financial Aid and tuition info

8 ) Admissions network directory - current and recent alumni

Overall I think this is a well organized and informative packet. I will continue to peruse it.
